Sharon M Bunker

With heavy hearts we share the passing of Sharon Marina Bunker, whom left us on August 25, 2021, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of 53 years to her husband and soul mate Bruce Bunker. Treasured Mother to her predeceased son Stephen (2004), Laura and her fiancé Larry, Joey and his wife Kym, and Bruce Jr. and his wife Cheryl. She is survived by her twin Brothers Carl and wife Helen, and Lynn and his wife Kathleen, of Ontario Canada. She is also survived by her cousins, nieces and nephews, whom Sharon adored. Sharon was a long-term resident of Fort Lauderdale, having moved here with her husband and two oldest Sons in 1972. She loved to swim, to paint, to read, meditate, volunteer with children, and help others. She adored her church involvement and the connections she made within. Sharon enjoyed traveling and trips back home to Canada in the summer. She was a cherished and meaningful friend to countless, and will be missed deeply. She was a champion for all things good. Her unique and kind spirit touched and helped to mold both her children, their friends and her own peers alike. She made a difference. She made an impact. Her greatest achievement was being an angle on earth. Please join us for Sharon’s celebration of life.
