Mary-Ellen Batcho

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mary-Ellen Batcho on Nov 3, 2024 at the age of 77. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Mary-Ellen was known for her warmth, kindness, and devotion to her family and community.

Born on November 4, 1946 in New York, Mary-Ellen spent her life caring for others and brightening every room she entered. Mary-Ellen retired as a Line technician from AT&T before owning and operating her own businesses.

She is survived by her Husband Edward John Batcho, Daughter, Katherine & Ryan Fellman of Oakland Park. Brother Robert & Renee Chaner of Sunrise, Brother Steve Chaner of Ft. Lauderdale, and Brother Keith Chaner of Tennessee. Sister Ruth Ann & Patrick Keough of Coral Springs. Step Children Dwayne, John and Christopher Batcho and Katherine Knotts. Grandchildren Isayah, Alyssah & Nathaniel Fellman. David, Whitley, Oliver, Theodore, Gabriel, Mariah. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday,  November 16th 12:00 (Noon) at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Fort Lauderdale. Mary-Ellen’s warmth and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
