James F. Hargaden 65, of Wilton Manors died on Monday March 23, 2026. A resident since 1979 formerly from Lakeland, Fl. Predeceased by his Parents Edward and Loretta Hargaden. Survived by his wife of 38 Years, Linda Hargaden. Stepson: Dennis Lindewirth II, Grandsons: Dennis and Dawson Lindewirth. Brothers: Patrick (Allison) Hargaden, John (Kelly) Hargaden. Sister: Tracey (Mark) Becker. Nephews Bret (Caymen) Hargaden, Anthony (Kayla) Hargaden, Derek Hargaden, Christopher Hargaden, Eric Becker, Justin (Kristin) Becker Nieces: Meghan (Nick) Van Atta, McKenzie (Austin) Panhans, and 8 great nieces and nephews, Stepmother: Carole Hargaden. James worked as Mortgage/Real estate broker and was the proprietor of Hargaden Realty Corp. Jim also managed the family Marine / Tackle Business Custom Rod & Marine till its closing. He enjoyed boating and fishing with his Family and friends. He was the Founder of Armchair Anglers a 501C non profit to provide fishing opportunities for physically challenged people. A Mass will be at 10:00AM on Thursday April 9, 2026, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 1701 East Oakland Park Blvd. Oakland Park, Fl.
