Edward John Charters 54 of Oakland Park passed away on Wednesday December 17, 2014, Formerly from Long Island N.Y. Survived by his Mother Pamela Charters of Raleigh, N.C. Brothers: Dave (Cindy) of Cary N.C. Marty of Beijing, China. Sister: PJ (Al) of Canastota, NY. A celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
