Luther Hoyt Kilgore

Luther “Jack” Kilgore 71 of Fort Lauderdale passed away Sunday August 5, 2012. A resident for 44 years formerly from Whitwell , Tenn. He established Jack Kilgore Construction in 1972 and helped build most of Broward County Homes. He is predeceased by his daughters Donna Layne and Jackie Kilgore. Survived by his loving wife, Louise, of 44 years, Sons: Michael (Elizabeth) Layne, Jeff (Chris) Kilgore. Daughters: Tammy (Dan) Alois and Susan Kilgore. Brother: Ricky Kilgore and Sisters: Barbara Fitzsimmons and Janice Stepheson. He had 13 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday (today) August 8, 2012 from 4-8 pm at First Presbyterian located at 2331 NE 26th Avenue Pompano Beach , Fl. 33062. Services will be held on August 9, 2012 at 10:00 am same location with Burial to follow at Lauderdale Memorial Park Cemetery. On line condolences can be shared at edkalis.com.
